Orders and Shipping

Standard Delivery Information
  • Our Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over €60 and costs €6.99 for next day delivery on orders under €60.00. Standard delivery is available right across Ireland and the UK at €4.99 .
  • We use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and the service you have selected. Our couriers include, but are not limited to, DPD Ireland, An Post and DHL.
  • Provided your order is placed before the cut-off times above it will be despatched the same day. Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from despatch, however, some out of area post codes may take longer.
  • If a mobile number is provided you will receive a text message from the courier confirming that your parcel is out for delivery, and also when it is delivered.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.

 Express/Premium Delivery Information

  • Our Express/Premium delivery service is provided by our courier partner DPD Ireland. If your order is placed before the cut-off times above it will be delivered the Next Working Day. No deliveries take place on a Weekend or Bank holiday.
  • If you provide a mobile number when you order, you will receive a text message from the courier giving you a 1 hour delivery window. This will also be sent by email. There will be the option to change the delivery day or leave the parcel with a neighbour, if you are unavailable.
  • A link will be provided on the text from the courier which gives you detailed tracking of your parcel. This will allow you to actively follow your parcel on board the delivery vehicle. It will show you where the driver is, which delivery they are on currently and where you are in the queue. Then when the driver is near, you will be given a 15 minute delivery window.
  • To get all of these benefits simple choose from one of our Express/Premium delivery services and make sure you include your mobile number when placing your order.
  • Express/Premium delivery is not available to a small number of out of area post codes.
  • A signature is required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.

Saturday Delivery Information

  • Our Saturday delivery service is provided by our courier partner DPD Ireland.  Order any day and get it delivered on a Saturday (up to 3pm Friday). If you provide a mobile number when you order, you will receive a text message from the courier giving you a 1 hour delivery window. This will also be sent by email.
  • A link will be provided on the text from the courier which gives you detailed tracking of your parcel. This will allow you to actively follow your parcel on board the delivery vehicle. It will show you where the driver is, which delivery he is on currently and where you are in the queue.
  • Saturday delivery is not available to a small number of out of area post codes.
  • A signature is required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package

 Sunday Delivery Information

  • Sunday delivery is not available.

An account is created for you when you place your first order. You will be shown the option to check the ‘create account’ box. Then you will have to fill in a password and confirm.

You can specify a different shipping address to your billing address during the Payment process. Just check the box ‘different shipping address’ then a new Shipping Address form will appear for you to add the shipping address.

We currently do not have a tracking facility. But this is something we are looking at rolling out in May/June 2020.

No. We do not store any credit/debit card information on our servers. Nor do we hold any PayPal email address and passwords. Our website is HTTPS – which means it is running on an encrypted secure server. All transactions with PayPal are encrypted and all of our card payments are taken via our Payment Partner Stripe. Again this payments are all secure and encrypted.

All items sold include sales tax. No taxes will be added at the Checkout Stage. Only your choice of shipping.

We currently only ship to addresses in Ireland and the UK.

Depending on the size of your order, we will always look to ship your items in one package.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns for any item that has been damaged while in transit. Or for any item that has been wrongly sent or is past its sell by date.

If you received the wrong item, we will arrange for the wrong item to be sent back to us at no extra charge to you and will resend you the correct item you ordered.

As with our Returns Policy. Should you receive a damaged item, we will look to replace the damaged item back to you within a day or two of being notified (ideally next day).

You will be advised as to where to send you return back, when our returns process is initiated with your return.

You can message us via any of our Social Media Channels – @thegreenprotein – and one of our team will reply to you, and look to resolve your issue promptly.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, you would have to notify us as soon as possible of the error so we can look to rectify it before shipping the item(s) you have ordered.

You will have an opportunity to change/cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an item has been shipped it can only be returned to us if it is damaged or past its sell by date.

All of our Protein Products are available on Back Order. Any item that is no longer in stock and will no longer be produced would be removed from our website.
